Usually the hats style included:

Meanwhile if possible, pls supply some clear pictures of the hats you wanted for reference! So then we could know what fabric would be used for hats and calculate the costs of the plain hats.

2. Select your fabric & colour

Generally cotton twill were used for most of hats, so here we only introduce some cotton twill as below:

A. Heavy weight cotton twill (10X10)

B. Light weight Economical fabric(108X58,21X21)

C. Middel weight(128X60,16X12)

For common colors of cotton twill,we could purchase the fabric from the market; for special colors, we need you to supply Pantone color No. the MOQ is 1000pcs. Then we dye the fabric specially.

For other fabric such as microfiber, taslon,mesh......, we will let u know when we got your specific inquiries.
