Terms and Conditions:

1. Trade Mark/Copy right Usage: All customers submitted copy or other material used in producing orders will be accepted as being in compliance with applicable laws regarding trademark,copyright,right of privacy,patent,service mark or similar protection. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless from any liability which may result from factory’s usage of customer submitted copy of art.We do not responsible for any misuse.

2. Declarations about Displayed logos:All logos or trademarks displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only.These items are not available for sales as shown without the permission of the owner of the products.

3. Acknowledgements:all customs orders will be acknowledged by fax or email upon processing of orders.

4. Payment Term: We suggest our clients to use Paypal or Westunion to deal with the orders that not need to be  declared through customs or shipment by Express as samples (the goods value less than 800USD); T/T (telegraphic Transfer) is acceptable for order value more than 1000USD;

5. Cancellations/Changes: No changes or cancellation of the order will be accepted after the order has been put into production,unless approved by us and submitted in written agreement.

6. Prices: Our sales will be able to make offer only after knowing your order details,logo artworks,packing method and the delivered place. And if we said only estimated prices when quotation, the prices are subjected to our final confirmation after sampling or get your actual samples; the quotation validity is in one month.

7. Fabric color ariations: Due to color variations of dye lots,we can not guarantee exact color matches of material with each shipment.certain distressed material may have shading variations.Fabric in hats may be subjected to bleeding,crocking or fading when exposed to water,sun or extreme heat.

8. Overruns/Underruns:Every effort will be made to ship exact qty requested.However, an allowance of over/under of 2%-3% is required on all orders.

9. Sampling policy:

A. as the business principle in this field, we could supply 1-2 pcs free samples if only plain products or with small logo embroidery. But the air freight of sample package should be collected unless you prepaid the air freight of sample package.

B. for the products with printing logo/embossed accessaries or the value per sample more than 10USD, we will charge them as actual value; for the qty of sample requested more than 5pcs, the sample price would be double of actual value.

C. Sampling time: generally 3-7days is enough for hats and Tshirts, for special ones, we will inform you the correct date when get your inquiries.

10. Production time: 20-40days after sample approval and order confirmed(deposit arrival and signed S/C); for fast and small orders according the agreement.

11. Package: Stand package for sports cap:25pcs per polybag/innerbox;200pcs per export carton;

Meas.50*45*66cm;

Standard Package for Polo shirts: 1pc per polybag;50pcs per export carton; Meas.60*38*50cm;

12. Claims: Claims for shortage or defective goods must be made within 7days of receipt. No returns will be accepted.

13. ECO friendly: as a responsible corporate body, we will make efforts to seek for eco friendly material that compley with EU standards. and due to small consumption on hats orders, we could not afford all testing charges, if you need any certificate, we only supply free and qualitied sample for testing(if not pass the testing, we will afford the second testing).

14. Quality Control: Do good "Made in China"! We pursue long cooperation and principle of good faith. Whatever big or small orders, we will be strict with quality control along with the production: from purchasing the fabric to package, we will have our own inspectors to keep eyes on whole production process, sales manager will make a brief production inspection report to you via email. Before the shipment, we will supply you one detailed report of random inspection(3-5% of your order).

15. Denial: According to our production level or production schedule,we will say no if we could not meet all requests from our esteemed clients at the beginning.
